We create teambuilding events to suit the specific requirements of our clients. Examples include; improving communication skills, reviewing or launching business plans, introducing new teams or working on specific problems.

Such events are powerful because the team is in different surroundings, away from the distractions of the office and enjoying interesting activities with their team members. Lasting positive memories are made.

We do not follow a military line and the event is primarily fun. No-one is forced to do anything they do not want to do, nor will they be humiliated in front of colleagues. Our clients have reached levels of success in their work and we could not or would not be their judge over their performance on a half hour task. Respect is a core value on our events. This is not to say that significant breakthoughs are not made. Issues will arise and we encourage individuals to acknowledge and take ownership of these issues and then to work as a team on solutions.
